Payments

We accept all major credit cards and Apple Pay, prices are in DKK (Danish kroner). VAT included. You will not be charged until the order is shipped. Payments are securely accepted via Stripe with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) in the payment system. The data you transmit through a purchase via credit or debit cards are encrypted (SSL), so only Stripe can read it. Nor aninececilieiversen.art or a third party can read the data. 

Delivery

All orders are shipped within 7 business days. All orders are sent tracked.

Faulty items

If you have received a faulty item, please send a photo of the damage and your order no. to anine@lapoire.art.

Returns: 14 day refund

If your received products do not live up to your expectations, or if you regret your purchase, you may return it and get a full return, as long as the products are in the same condition as when you received them and in their original wrapping. If the return has suffered any loss of value, a smaller amount will be returned in accordance with the loss. All goods that you wish to return must be sent back within 14 days of receiving them.

When returning your order, you must add a copy of the order confirmation. Please describe why the product is being returned. The money will be transferred to the credit or debit card through which you purchased the product. If you return your product because you regret the order, the shipping will not be paid for by aninececilieiversen.art. All returns must be sent to:

We will return your payment within 30 days. Your cancellation right expires after 14 days from the day you received your product. You must notify us that you wish to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving your product.

Please notify us via anine@lapoire.art. 

 It is not possible to cancel a product by refusing to receive it without clearly notifying aninececilieiversen.art.
